Chicken thighs with juicy meat and a crispy skin, you will love this chicken that is ready for the table in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
4 skin-on, boneless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and brush the skin-side of each piece with olive oil. Place chicken thighs, skin-side down, in a single layer on a plate.
Step 3
Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and sprinkle half the seasoning mixture evenly over the 4 chicken thighs. Turn thighs over and evenly sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture on top. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side up.
Step 4
Fry in the preheated air fryer until chicken is brown and juices run clear, about 18 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Pork chops slightly pink to ensure juiciness, but feel free to add an extra minute on each side for well done. Try different varieties of ranch mix (like spicy or bacon) to change up the flavor.
Ingredients
4 boneless, center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
cooking spray
2 teaspoons dry ranch salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)
aluminum foil
Directions
Step 1
Place pork chops on a plate and lightly spray both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides with ranch seasoning mix and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 3
Place chops in the preheated air fryer, working in batches if necessary, to ensure fryer is not overcrowded.
Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes. Flip chops and cook 5 minutes more. Let rest on a foil-covered plate for 5 minutes before serving.
Note
If you need to air fry in batches, keep cooked chops warm in an oven on the lowest setting while air frying remaining chops. For thicker chops, add an extra minute to the cook time. For thinner chops, cook 1 minute less.
Sweet and tart balsamic vinegar pairs well with the bitterness of Brussels sprouts; the bacon adds a smokey flavor. After 10 minutes, there's still some bite to the sprouts; add a few more minutes for a softer texture, if desired.

1 teaspoon avocado oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 ounces Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons crumbled cooked bacon (Optional)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add Brussels sprouts and turn to coat.
Step 3
Air fry for 5 minutes, shake the sprouts, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar; turn to coat. Sprinkle with bacon.
